By accessing or using AgenticHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

AgenticHub provides access to specialized AI agents powered by Anthropic's Claude model. These agents assist users with tasks across various domains including marketing, business, technology, legal, creative, and more. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different tiers offering varying levels of access.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription & Billing

AgenticHub offers free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment provider
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Paddle's refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or security measures
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access

6. AI-Generated Content

The AI agents on AgenticHub generate responses using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it
• AI responses do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise)
• You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service
• We may use anonymized conversation data to improve the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and AI agent configurations, is the intellectual property of AgenticHub. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission. Your content and conversation data remain your property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgenticHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
